Excellent, thorough test. Shireen clearly explained each aspect of the test and the consequences of the results in both clinical and practical terms, e.g. for driving; when using screens; when socialising/walking around. Gave comprehensive info on products and different options for day-to-day use - including when not necessary to use. I now feel I can make a clear informed choice. There was no off-putting 'hard sell' that I have experienced elsewhere.

Shireen was very patient and thorough. She made me feel confident about the new eye test as I felt the first one had not been accurate.
